Theme: Equity as a necessary factor for the dignity of human life.

REDSurdos represents the continuation of previous colloquiums on deaf movements, with knowledge and practices active by the deaf community. This year's event will bring new visibility to Deaf actions, with themes in the areas of education, health, culture, entrepreneurship and new deaf leadership.

In this edition, we maintain, once again, the main objectives:

To bring together Deaf people, professionals and family members around the historical and educational issues of the deaf;

To point out the importance of associations and federations of deaf people in maintaining their culture, identity and language;

To present forms of cultural expression through access and respect for Libras.
